Jarrod Evans - Director and Head Coach (Level 3 TAHP Elite Coach)
VIS Triathlon Program Assistant Coach - Jarrod Evans has been coaching triathlon and multisport for 15 years, since 2003 as a full time professional coach. As an athlete, amongst his career he is a former Australian Junior Duathlon Champion, a Victorian Age Group Champion Title Holder over Sprint and Olympic Distance and in 2007 was the fastest Australian Age Group Olympic Distance athlete winning the overall Olympic Distance Age Group Triathlon at the Australian Championships in his hometown of Geelong. Since 2004 he has worked as the assistant coach with the VIS Program, and more recently has taken on the role of a AIS Home Coach, and holds a Triathlon Australia High Performance Level 3 Elite Qualification. As well as being a fully qualified personal trainer and gym instructor, he currently heads up the Geelong High Performance Triathlon Program, guiding the best local juniors in the region. He is now working in the Triathlon Australia High Performance coaching system assisting the next lot of junior elite athletes successfully make the jump to the professional world stage. Since 2002 he has also seen the cross over in the development to elite long course athletes, now coaching some of Australia's fastest short course and long course age groupers and professionals.

He now calls Geelong home, and we are thankful he has now turned his hand to coaching to help relay some of that knowledge and experience to our athletes.

Bo Chudosnik - Assistant Coach (Level 1 TA Coach)
Bo has been with Postive Image Triathlon Team, Tri-alliance and enduranceteam.net since there inceptions. He is the most experienced of our assistant coaching staff. Bo brings to the team over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry with qualifications to match; B.A (PE), B.Ed, Grad Dip Bus.Man, M.B.A, Dip A. His achievements in sport are just as impressive, being a finisher of the gruelling Coolongatta Gold, and a State and National surf ironman representative. As well as working with enduranceteam.net, Bo is a career teacher at Sacred Heart and a presenter and lecturer with the Victorian Fitness Academy.
Paul Rabbas - Age Group Squad Assistant Coach (Level 1 TA Coach)
Paul has been with Tri-alliance / enduranceteam.net as an athlete since its inception, beginning his own triathlon career in 1999. Paul is a multi ironman finisher, seasoned short course racer, a fully qualified Level 1 Triathlon Coach and currently coaches juniors for the Geelong Cycling Club. He also comes from an extensive team sport back ground, and this has proved to be his most valuable asset in a very individual sporting environment like triathlon. He has many years of experience in coaching development level sport and has in the last few years begun to develop high quality skills in junior coaching. Paul heads up our Junior program, and it could not be in better hands.
