                                                                                                            High Performance Squad  (Elite,Elite Junior and Top Age Group - Minimum Qualifying Times Apply)

                                                                                                            This page has been designed to give you a brief outline of what you can expect with this option of our training squads, please note if you require more information go to our 'contact' page and send the relevant coach an email and they will be more than happy to assist you.

                                                                                                            This High Performance Squad open to Elites, Junior Elite, and top age goup athletes, headed up by Jarrod Evans, runs out of Geelong, but works with top athletes from Melbourne, Interstate and International triathletes.  This squad is designed for the athlete who wants to maximize thier potential and their results.  Covering 8-10 Group Sessions per week + detailed individual training programs and sports performance testing, this is for the serious athlete who is prepared to train hard in a very well structured and friendly environment.  So important will be the attention to detail in programming and training, this squad will comprise no more than 12 athletes in a nominal section.  This number providing the ideal ratio for maximizing performance gains in a squad environment through a challenging and motivating group training.  Utilizing state of the art technology, including SRM and Powertap Sessions, daily athlete monitoring using GPS, group run sessions, the athlete undertaking this level of coaching and training can expect personal best results.
